DPA Manager Technique

DUTIES
• Operational Management of a fleet of yachts
• Accounts and Finance (Review invoices, submit fund requests to Owners etc.) with the support of the Accounts team if the area of expertise is required.
• Participation in the Emergency Response Team
• Assisting to obtain new management business and cross-selling all G-YACHTS services
• Implementation of the safety and environmental protection policy in office and on board ships.
• To carry out internal audit both ashore and on board all ships.
• Visits/ inspections on board to monitor activities relating to effective implementation of SMS.
• Reporting and analysis of non-conformities, accidents and hazardous occurrences; and Ensuring that adequate resources and shore-based support is provided.
• Any other task reasonably requested.






ATTRIBUTES

• Sea-going experience as Captain, Chief Officer or Chief Engineer with the appropriate qualification for this position.
• Knowledge and understanding of ISM Code, mandatory rules and regulations, applicable codes, guidelines and standards
• Knowledge on assessment technique of examining, questioning, evaluating and reporting, technical or operational aspects of safety management, appropriate knowledge of shipping and shipboard operations experience of participation in at least one marine-related management system audit

• Effective communication with shipboard staff and senior management and should be able to determine effectiveness of SMS by using Internal Audits, Management Review

• Be able to gather and analyse data from hazardous occurrences/ situations, near misses, incidents and accidents and apply the lessons learnt to improve the SMS.

• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels (dealing with Owners, Captains and colleagues).

• Effective problem solving and multi-tasking.
• Working knowledge of ISM/ISPS, SOLAS, MLC & STCW. Previous auditing and/or surveying experience would be beneficial.

• Technical knowledge of yachts and/or ships

• Fluent in spoken and written English. Proficiency in other languages, will be beneficial.

Stagiaire Comptabilité

Nous recherchons actuellement un stagiaire ou alternant pour intégrer notre département Finance & Comptabilité au sein de notre entreprise.



Rattaché(e) au responsable comptable, vous participez à la saisie de la comptabilité sur le logiciel Sage. Vous prenez en charge :

- Saisie des factures d’achats (avec ventilation analytique)
- Saisie des banques (Rapprochements bancaires),
- Saisie de la Caisse
- Saisie des Notes de frais,
- Lettrage des comptes de tiers,
- Mise à jour du logiciel d’immobilisation


Vous êtes également en charge de certaines tâches administratives :

- Standard téléphonique
- Accueil des visiteurs
- Ouverture du courrier
- Gestion des fournitures de bureau
- Classement et archivage

Compétences et Qualités professionnelles :

- Langues : Anglais courant
- Bonne maîtrise de l’outil informatique notamment le pack office (Excel, Word).

Yacht Manager

We are looking for a new Yacht Manager to join our company. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Yacht Manager will serve as an integral part of G-Yachts team and deliver the high standards that go along with G-Yachts’ policy, providing 24/7 assistance to our clients. The position is based in our Monaco office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible of a fleet of yachts under management in their daily duties.

Duties
• Provide the principal point of contact for the Yacht Crew/Owner
• Operational Management of a fleet of yachts
• Technical Management
• Crew Management
• Certification (Statutory and Class) and Insurance
• Accounts and Finance (Review invoices, submit fund requests to Owners etc.) with the support of the
Accounts team if the area of expertise is required.
• Safety Management - ISM & ISPS
• Participation in the Emergency Response Team
• Prepare Monthly Management Reports
• Assisting to obtain new management business and cross-selling all G-YACHTS services
• Any other task reasonably requested
Undertake any other tasks/duties that are not specified above, as directed by the person you report to.
Qualifications
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
• High-level of written and verbal communication skills

STAGIAIRE VENTE & MARKETING

Duties
Marketing
• Update the G-Yachts website (articles every morning, yacht pages, descriptions…)
• Update the excel file regarding the social media posts (prepare captions in advance)
• Update of the marketing calendar on salesforce
• Post daily on Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter
• Find Yacht videos to add to the GY Youtube channel
• Assistance of the Marketing Executives on organisation of Events; Yacht Shows, open days, Grand Prix etc… (find food service companies, goodies, prepare invite list, guest packs for the clients and partners)
• Add new contacts from Salesforce to Mailchimp for mailing lists every week
• Extract the birthday report from Salesforce every Friday + create a birthday card template to send to the congratulates
• Research market trends and competition: competitive intelligence
• Use Photoshop & InDesign for all marketing presentations
• Write marketing procedures for all tasks done within the company
• Work on printed presentations of the company such as Annual Company Profile (market figures, written text), bi-Annual Magazine, Printed Company Overview
• Prepare newsletters on Mailchimp
• Along with the commercial team, ask for yachts featuring authorization and keep the records
• Propose new marketing supports, search for new marketing tools
• Maintain/Improve or research for new quality partnerships

Sales
• Assist the commercial departments in any reasonable task
• Creation of Yacht selection presentations for brokers
• Creation of Yachts brochures
• Creation of Marketing Report of yachts (post, pub, newsletter, leads…)
• Create and maintain company records in collaboration with other team members
• Database update, CRM and company cloud
• Add new yacht to Salesforce : find contacts, owners, companies, and yacht marketing material
• Make sure to have brochures, pictures, videos, virtual visits up to date for yachts presented to the company's clients
• Update Contact Lists on Salesforce of actors within the industry; brokerage companies, shipyards, naval architects etc…

• Request hard copies of projects available to shipyards for the office

Office / General assistance
• Handle multiple enquires both by phone and email and research required information using available resources
• Office general duties: handling mail, office supplies; handle communication with office suppliers
• Assistance to the board when required: translation, documents, etc…
• Keep records of team meetings and provide weekly reports after each meeting to the whole team
• Coordinate events, teams, rooming (if required) for partners
• Handle office mail both for the board and the office
• Keep Storage room organized
• Organize the sales and charter archives
• Order new office furniture

Undertake any other tasks/duties that are not specified above, as directed by the person you report to.

Qualifications
• Marketing/Sales student
• Complete mastering of Microsoft Office suite and Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
• Language skills compulsory on a daily basis, need perfect English and French (written and oral)

SALES BROKER

Minimum 1 an d'expérience de broker de yachts
Expérience avérée dans le domaine de l'achat et la vente de yachts de plus de 24 mètres
Excellentes compétences en vente et en négociation et capacité à conclure des transactions
Capable de gérer plusieurs demandes de manière efficace et professionnelle
Parler couramment anglais est indispensable.
Maîtrise d'autres langues comme le français, l'italien, l'espagnol ou le russe est appréciée.

Motivé et hautement organisé.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs clients, contrats et demandes de renseignements en même temps.
Capacité à développer un réseau de clients potentiels.
Capacité à négocier et conclure des affaires.
Capacité de développer de solides relations professionnelles avec/fidéliser les clients.
La connaissance technique des superyachts est un plus.

CHARTER BROKER

We are looking for a qualified charter broker to join our brokerage team, managing a fleet of yachts for sale and clients enquiries. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the market being able to advise clients with the best deals possible and finalize deals in the smoothest conditions for the benefit of the client.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of yacht brokerage experience
Proven track record in buying and selling of yachts over 24 meters
Technical knowledge of superyachts will be beneficial
Excellent sales and negotiation skills and the ability to close transactions

Capacity to handle multiple clients, contracts and enquiries at once
Capacity to develop a network of prospective clients
Capacity to negotiate and close deals
Capacity to develop strong professional relationships with / retain clients
