Duties
Marketing
• Update the G-Yachts website (articles every morning, yacht pages, descriptions…)
• Update the excel file regarding the social media posts (prepare captions in advance)
• Update of the marketing calendar on salesforce
• Post daily on Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter
• Find Yacht videos to add to the GY Youtube channel
• Assistance of the Marketing Executives on organisation of Events; Yacht Shows, open days, Grand Prix etc… (find food service companies, goodies, prepare invite list, guest packs for the clients and partners)
• Add new contacts from Salesforce to Mailchimp for mailing lists every week
• Extract the birthday report from Salesforce every Friday + create a birthday card template to send to the congratulates
• Research market trends and competition: competitive intelligence
• Use Photoshop & InDesign for all marketing presentations
• Write marketing procedures for all tasks done within the company
• Work on printed presentations of the company such as Annual Company Profile (market figures, written text), bi-Annual Magazine, Printed Company Overview
• Prepare newsletters on Mailchimp
• Along with the commercial team, ask for yachts featuring authorization and keep the records
• Propose new marketing supports, search for new marketing tools
• Maintain/Improve or research for new quality partnerships
Sales
• Assist the commercial departments in any reasonable task
• Creation of Yacht selection presentations for brokers
• Creation of Yachts brochures
• Creation of Marketing Report of yachts (post, pub, newsletter, leads…)
• Create and maintain company records in collaboration with other team members
• Database update, CRM and company cloud
• Add new yacht to Salesforce : find contacts, owners, companies, and yacht marketing material
• Make sure to have brochures, pictures, videos, virtual visits up to date for yachts presented to the company's clients
• Update Contact Lists on Salesforce of actors within the industry; brokerage companies, shipyards, naval architects etc…
• Request hard copies of projects available to shipyards for the office
Office / General assistance
• Handle multiple enquires both by phone and email and research required information using available resources
• Office general duties: handling mail, office supplies; handle communication with office suppliers
• Assistance to the board when required: translation, documents, etc…
• Keep records of team meetings and provide weekly reports after each meeting to the whole team
• Coordinate events, teams, rooming (if required) for partners
• Handle office mail both for the board and the office
• Keep Storage room organized
• Organize the sales and charter archives
• Order new office furniture
Undertake any other tasks/duties that are not specified above, as directed by the person you report to.
Qualifications
• Marketing/Sales student
• Complete mastering of Microsoft Office suite and Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
• Language skills compulsory on a daily basis, need perfect English and French (written and oral)
• Being confortable to liaise with high profile partners
• Maintain good synergy and coordinate enquiries
• Perform beyond expectation
• Excellent written/oral communication and numeracy skills
• Confident and outgoing manner
• Well-presented and articulate
• Keen interest and experience in travel
• Able to prioritize
• Able to work fast
• Excellent team player
• Using initiative and creative thinking during any problem-solving requirements
• An active, hands-on member of the team that would initiate and complete tasks relevant to his/her role and other areas when need be
