The overall the float is 55' long and 27' wide with a boat well that measures 47' deep, 15''6'' wide with a 14' tall door. The well area has ample storage and cabinets for all your gear. Whether you choose to retain your boat house in the current location within the private club or opt to relocate it, the choice is yours. Must become a member of the club to remain in its current location.
