THE USUAL

The Usual is a beautiful, well-equipped, and maintained 82 Horizon motor yacht with an enclosed flybridge pilothouse. Throughout her time, she spent 17 years in freshwater before coming down to South Florida, keeping her away from the saltwater elements for most of her life. She offers a spacious 3-stateroom, 4-head layout, with separate crew quarters aft and down by the engine room. Her CAT 3412E engines just received all new exhaust components, and are running strong and flawlessly. Since 2018, The Usual has received several key upgrades and services. All new helm electronics, radar, FLIR in 2018, and she has received over $450k in services/upgrades over the last 14 months. She shows exceptionally well for her age.
