Minimum 1 year of yacht brokerage experience
Proven track record in buying and selling of yachts over 24 metres
Excellent sales and negotiation skills and the ability to close transactions
Able to handle multiple enquiries effectively and professionally
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Proficient in other languages such as French, Italian, Spanish or Russian will be beneficial
Self-motivated, and highly organized.
Capacity to handle multiple clients, contracts and enquiries at once.
Capacity to develop a network of prospective clients.
Capacity to negotiate and close deals.
Capacity to develop strong professional relationships with / retain clients.
Technical knowledge of superyachts will be beneficial.
