We are looking for a new Digital Marketing Specialist to enter the Marketing department. Reporting to the Strategy manager/business developper will serve as an integral part of G-Yachts team and deliver the high standards that go along with G-Yachts image. The marketing department will build on an extensive client base and will be expected to communicate at the highest level. To be constantly self-motivated, with the capacity to be available 24/7 for clients requests. The position is based in our Monaco office.
In charge of social media content: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn… and generate statistics to understand the impact on audience.
Updating G-Yachts web site media: articles, insertion of Yachts, update information, look after accuracy.
Creation of marketing material: Itineraries, yachts brochures, yachts selections, market studies, marketing reports, etc.
Creation of the bi-annual G-Yachts Magazine.
Intellectual material production: texts and supports.
Contact with providers, search for quotations, coordinate with suppliers and meet deadlines.
Propose new marketing supports, search for new marketing tools.
Maintain/Improve or research for new quality partnerships.
Research market trends and competition: competitive intelligence.
In charge of the organization of Monaco Yacht show and other events, Open-days, summits, cocktail parties, service teams, and/or any other external activity involving G-Yachts under the supervision of the business developer.
Administrative organization of the shows.
Sales and Charter team assistance
Assist the commercial departments in any reasonable task.
Along with the commercial team, ask for yachts featuring authorization and keep the records.
Collaborate with internal teams to address clients’ needs and deadlines.
Create and maintain company records in collaboration with other team members.
Office / General assistance
Handle multiple enquires both by phone and email and research required information using available resources.
Office general duties: handling mail, office supplies; handle communication with office suppliers.
Assistance to the board when required: translation, documents, etc...
Assistance to the Human Resources department: using all the available resources searching for accurate profiles, resumes, schedule interviews, keep records.
Keep records of team meetings and provide weekly reports after each meeting to the whole team.
Determine who and where the enquiries should be passed onto.
Coordinate events, teams, rooming (if required)for partners.
In charge of hotel bookings when required: both for G-YACHTS team or clients.
Handle office mail both for the board and the office.
Undertake any other tasks/duties that are not specified above, as directed by the person you report to.
Language skills compulsory on a daily basis, need perfect English and French (written and oral).
