OCEANCO REVEALS FIRST DETAILS OF HOT LAB SUPERYACHT SUPERLEGGERA 80

Oceanco has provided a closer look at another superyacht in its new 80-metre Simply Custom collection. Named Superleggera 80, the design is courtesy of Milanese studio Hot Lab who have compared its "sexy" lines to a 1960s automobile.

The Simply Custom range aims to offer a proven naval platform with a variety of distinctive designs that can be heavily customised.

Designed to "evoke the same sense of awe that one feels in an expansive penthouse", the Superleggera 80 features a main atrium with heights of five metres and "clean, sweeping [aft] lines" that connect the infinity pool (with glass bulwark) to the swim platform underneath. Ample sofa seating is also arranged across the yacht's four decks.

The renderings also offer a glimpse of the Supperleggera 80's interiors. A bright colour palette is incorporated throughout alongside white lacquered ceilings, integrated lighting and curved furniture. Indoor highlights include a gym with lateral-opening balcony and central bar with skylight.

Previous entries in the Simply Custom range include the Espen Øino-designed Clarity and the twin H2 Design concepts, Storm and Portofino. Simply Custom was first presented at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2023.
