The Azimut 70’s 22 metres of hull length seem endless in a photograph… and it appears even larger in the water, elegantly reflecting the grace with which it was designed. A revolution that continues to provide new thrills. This sense of grandeur is amplified, when admiring the unprecedented design of the windows that designer Stefano Righini, intended to be “extreme”. They are as tall and wide as they are extreme, with a surface of over 15 square metres. Extreme in design, with their elegant “shark’s fin” that rises from the deckhouse, extending into the perfect elliptical design of the window panes. Extreme also in terms of the amount of natural light that penetrates through them. Tremendous space has been allocated to the cockpit which is dominated by an inviting C-shaped sofa and a dining table accommodating 8 people. The flybridge, with its 11 square metres, is an area ideal for relaxation, dining, cocktails and socialising in total comfort. The main deck pays homage to 4 dimensions: length, width, height and elegance, with seats upholstered in Rubelli decor fabrics and furniture built using decapé oak and finished with leather details. The owner’s cabin at the centre of the boat extends to full-beam width, with its 2 panoramic windows boasting 4 vertical sections, two of which having opening segments that enable the circulation of natural air. Plenty of light comes through, illuminating a dinette area with built-in vanity on the starboard side and a chest of drawers with tray top on the left. The cabin offers the owners absolute comfort in 15 square metres of living space plus a walk-in wardrobe. The bed’s headboard is made out of leather and framed in a mirror. The lower deck is the most comprehensive in its class with 4 cabins and 4 bathrooms. As the largest flybridge in its category, the Azimut 70 offers 30 square metres to enjoy betwixt the sky and the sea; over 15 square metres of glass surfaces that allow light to cascade through; balanced design that is typical to the entire range.
