PHANTOM

The Beneteau 473 is a great all-around cruising yacht. It's well built, has a large and comfortable interior, a reasonable draft of 5' 7", and an ICW-friendly air draft of +/- 63'. It's hard to find a comparable boat in the 44' to 50' range that offers as much as the 473 for less than $200,000. Phantom has had two owners who have taken excellent care of it. The current owner purchased Phantom in 2020 in SC and relocated it to Michigan after having the hull painted a light khaki color. She was sailed seasonally in fresh water and stored on the hard each winter with the cockpit shrink-wrapped and the mast unstepped. The mast was inspected and cleaned each spring before Phantom was relaunched. Phantom has several recent upgrades.
