EXCLUSIVE: UNVEILING 114M IN-BUILD DÖRRIES SUPERYACHT ARWEN

Originally announced as a new 100m+ project in April 2022, we are now able to share the first exclusive images of the 114.1-metre Dörries Yachts superyacht Arwen, previously known as Project ELF.

Arwen features an exterior design from the owner's design firm, Pindaros assisted by Andy Waugh Yacht Design and interiors also from Pindaros with assistance from Champeau & Wilde, while her naval architecture has been created by Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture. The yacht, which is due for launch in 2026 is set to be a head-turner, with a sleek and modern exterior design and a highly technological specification.

Her exterior features a sharp, inverted bow and her profile is punctuated by bow to stern glazing on the main and upper decks that will flood her interior with light. With a 4,950 GT of volume, Arwen features a spacious interior including an owner's stateroom of 290 square-metres and a 190 square-metre main saloon.

Top features aboard the yacht include a 20-metre swimming pool located on her main deck, 13.2-metres of which can be hydraulically raised, transforming the pool into a deck area that is ideal for entertaining guests. From swim platform, the swimming pool can be seen through its glass aft and mirrored stairwells on either side lead up to the main deck.

The superyacht's main saloon features a 5.95-metre ceiling height and has been designed as a versatile club for entertaining. The styling is contemporary and warm and a mezzanine level offers access to the upper deck where the owner's suite is located. The owner's expansive suite includes a lounge, office, stateroom and twin bathrooms with adjoining dressing rooms. The owner's suite also has exclusive access to the foredeck which features a lounge and dining area.

Laurent Champeau, of Champeau & Wilde, comments, "Arwen is a unique concept that is pushing the limits of technology in order to achieve a streamlined, yet rich design. Her fluid spaces use elegant materials that define a new approach to luxury. The rich contemporary design vocabulary is harmoniously developed throughout the boat from the bridge deck to the lower deck."

In addition to the owner's suite, Arwen features six staterooms on the main deck, four doubles and two twins, each with a large ensuite bathroom. At the heart of the superyacht's design is a beautiful spiral staircase, located in a central atrium and offering access to the three main guest decks.

On the lower deck, guests can enjoy the use of the spa, massage room, hair and makeup salon, sauna and steamroom. The lower deck is also home to tender storage amidships, as well as crew accommodation of 18 cabins. The captain's cabin is located on the bridge deck where there is also a helipad designed for a H135 helicopter.

When launched in 2026, Arwen will be among the largest superyachts in the world.
