FIRST LOOK: SUNREEF YACHTS' 43M ECO CATAMARAN

Sunreef Yachts has unveiled a new eco sailing catamaran: the Sunreef 43M Eco. She’s fully customisable and is said to “offer the best emission-free cruising experience”.

Earlier this month Sunreef Yachts launched the first from the series, the Sunreef 80 Eco, and this latest model will join the fleet employing the same advanced hydro-generation system, but on a smaller platform.

The Sunreef 43M Eco sailing catamaran has been designed for all-year exploration and incorporated solar panels in her hull, her mast and boom that generates “green energy for unlimited, emission-free cruising”.

As she’s fully customisable, her future owner can craft the Sunreef 43M Eco to their taste. She can host a massage area with ocean views, a fully functional bar or a fitness area. One of her standout features is her “invisible” aft garage that can stow two large tenders, a collection of water toys and an inflatable catamaran.

Another key characteristic of the Sunreef 43M Eco is her voluminous Ocean Lounge that blends the beach club with the aft deck that features fold-down balconies for additional space. As alfresco living was high on the agenda at Sunreef Yachts, the 43M Eco catamaran also boasts an impressive flybridge – perfect for evening drinks and outdoor dining. For less formal occasions, guests can enjoy her numerous sunpads and her outdoor screening area.

While the interior spaces are still open for curation, Sunreef Yachts has opted for ethically sourced and sustainable materials throughout – accentuating her eco offering. Bolstering this further is a collection of smart tech features that monitor and optimise energy consumption during the day and at night.
